Hi! I’m Lisa McDonald, REALTOR ®

I’m a born and raised Texan through and through! Growing up on the Texas Gulf Coast Plains in a farming and ranching family, I was taught and witnessed the virtues of hard work, determination, and faith. My husband and I own a ranch down there and enjoy working cattle, maintaining the land, and just enjoying God’s country! 

We moved to the Texas Hill Country following our children as they both attended University of Texas at Austin. It wasn’t a hard decision. We fell in love with all things Hill Country in no time at all! Dripping Springs is the embodiment of a small town feel with the most down to earth, friendly people who love the quiet country life as well as some good old music and dancing on the weekend.

After retiring from the education profession and owning a landscape design business of my own, I couldn’t wait to pursue my next adventure in the real estate industry. I bring with me a wealth of knowledge of home, ranch, and landscape and I love to share ideas and work together with homeowners on their projects.  

My husband and I also love giving back to the community. We are ardent sponsors of the Dewitt County Ag Boosters, Dripping Springs Ag Boosters, Hays County 4H Boosters, Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Texas and Founders Day sponsors to name a few. Young people are the heart and soul of our communities and Dripping Springs has the best of those for sure! 

As you might expect, I spend any spare time I have thinking of new ways to beautify home and outdoor living areas. Adding my touch to these spaces, I’m able to inspire comfortable and inviting living styles. Isn’t that what home should be?
