Nick previously worked for 19 years at a major international bank, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management in Debt Fund Management. Nick holds an MBA from McGill University and a MS from Imperial College, University of London.

Nick decided to invest in Koh Phangan's real estate due to the island's low prices (relative to Samui and other locales) and its high potential for quality development. After extensive comparison shopping, Nick ultimately made his purchases through Wow (an independent broker at that time) for the reasons discussed below.

Wow has been working in Koh Phangan for seven years finding land for the local real estate firms and as an independent broker. During this period she developed relationships with most of Koh Phangan's 330 resorts giving her superior access to the local populace of sellers and to many of the island's government officials. Wow holds a BS degree from Chang Mai University.
